Construction progressing of Nam Tai 2 Business Park

Continues with the success of Nam Tai 1 Business Park we expand to the Nam Tai 2

with the total development area of 35 ha of which 19 ha will be used for building Ready

built factory for lease with the standard leasing area is 2,520m2/unit. Our Ready built

factories are built with the UK quality with reasonable leasing price and full services for

all prospects the first time come to Vietnam or the current prospects who would like to

expand their current base in Vietnam.

At this moment we have been building both infrastructures of the Business Park and the

E zone Ready built factory with the phase 1 area of about 15,120 m2 with 6 units from E1 -E6 (each unit is

2,520m2).

We plan to hand over the Ready built factory for the customers on April 2016.
